The Bagpipe Music Museum has moved. For information on Ceol Sean's CD's of some of the rare books in the collection please visit  http://www.ceolsean.com

The Bagpipe Library is now established at the school.

With the donations of Portuguese Pipes donated by David Stewart Smith, a miniature set donated by Sam King,  Intermediate Lawrie's donated,  Hungarian Pipes sent to us, a Silver Set of Naills and plastic Naills donated by Bob O'Grady, Louise Campbell's Hendersons Full size, 3/4, and miniatures we are now working on a lending library to keep the pipes out in the public. Solo pipers are taking some of the Highland sets to play in competition. Look for the pipe bags with the logo and the name of the donor this upcoming season. Other pipes will be on display, some playable. We will name the pipers on this web site so you can look for them and the pipes. Our hope is to have lots of vintage pipes out being played instead of in boxes! If you have a set of pipes you wish to hear restored and played please contact us. There are lots of very top solo pipers that will carefully blow in your pipes, suit reeds, tie on bags and play them in competitions.

Louise Campbell's pictures, pipes, and mementoes were recently donated. After we finish working on the display we will put it online. For a view of some of the items:

Louise's daughter Margaret with Tammy Pratt - NH Artist Apprentice Award for Piping with a set of Ivory Henderson pipes that Tammy will be restoring and playing in Grade 1 this season. Last year Tammy was playing a set from the Bagpipe Museum that belonged to Jim Coldren. They were a wonderful set of Henderson's from the 1920's that many enjoyed - judges, pipers and listeners.

Our initial display for Louise Campbell includes her kilt she wore performing in the 1920's, some of her trophies, medals, her 3/4 pipes and miniatures, some sporrans and some pictures. The remaining photos will be scanned for view online as well as in person with the originals archived. If anyone would like to add some comments or remembrances of Louise please email us.

Displays of the other pipes will be added to this page after the holidays. Thank you for visiting!
